I just put music on my new shuffle (thank you: marie, for the shuffle. adam and renee, for the music!) I have THE BEST mixX on it! Tupac, Sinatra, Pitbull, Queen, Gypsy Kings, NKOTB, Gwen Stefani, Madonna, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, Guns N' Roses, Whitney Houston, and so much more...I even have a song by Tom Jones!! I CAN'T WAIT TO WORKOUT TO IT!
2008 has started slow. I had the stomach flu yesterday. NOT fun! But I'm feeling better now which is good.
So One of my friends' new years "goals" is to do at least one new/exciting thing per month. I think I am gonna try for that too. January's Excitement - GO TO NY! Which I am excited about but kinda not. I'm sorry Marie and Renee and Farah and Nickole (if you read this) but I really DO NOT wanna go shopping all day and I'm also not very interested in museums! What the hell am I gonna do!? Like an hour or so of shopping is fine...but PLEASE not all day!!!! And I guess I'll suffer through one museum, but please not more!
Can anyone think of a cool name for my Blog? Michelle's World is so boring. Reta's is fun: La Isla of Reta! Quite clever!

museum? who's going to a museum? not me...just the word sounds boring...i'll go to the bar with you mish while they do the museum stuff. as for shopping, can't help you out on that one...sorry. you can stand at the corner or each block (whatever store we're at) and wait for the cash cab!!
You guys have to remind me to watch cash cab, so I can warm up for when I'm actually on there. Michelle, I hate shopping too, but it is NYC. Might fight some nice stuff. What is your exciting plan for February? How about crosscountry skiing (I think they do it in Kensington)?

You know what I've been wanting to do that's new/exciting (maybe) is try one of those cooking classes where you pay, learn how to make the food, then eat and drink after! Although that probably won't interest you since you're already a gourmet chef...

reta--cash cab is awesome! only i dont think i've ever answered any questions right! it's a show...you get in the cab and the driver turns out to be the dude who asks you questions that if you answer right, you get some cash! I would definitely be the thola that doesnt answer the easiest questions correctly...like what is the capital of new york

okay, so why in god's name would you go to nyc and NOT go to a museum??? what's wrong w/ you losers? i don't care if i end up going alone, i'm going. and museums are not like when we were little and it was part of a boring field trip. nyc is the best place to look at amazing things in beautiful buildings.
also, i would ask ben bailey things i've always wondered like, have you gotten into a car accident while filming? do people see the cameraman in the front seat when they hail the cab? do you read the questions or are they fed to you through an earpiece? how much cash do you carry on you?
